The present invention relates to a method for improving a skin penetration rate of Retinyl palmitate containing pectin, and more specifically, to a method for improving a skin penetration rate of Retinyl palmitate using polymer substance pectin with antioxidative activities and Ascorbyl palmitate as an antioxidant. According to the present invention, pectin has an antioxidative effect, and thus can be applied to a cosmetic composition or the like effectively stabilizing Retinyl palmitate when using a mixture of pectin and Ascorbyl palmitate in Retinyl palmitate.
