The present invention relates to fiber-reinforcement rubber laminate for molding artificial marble which comprises multiple layers of fabric and rubber and adhesive which bonds the fabric and rubber together in the order of a first fabric layer, a first adhesive layer, a first rubber layer, a second adhesive layer, a second fabric layer, a third adhesive layer, and a second rubber layer. The first fabric layer includes a cotton layer and a thin-film rubber coating layer which is bound and applied to a side of the cotton layer by instilling EP rubber solution into the tissue of the cotton layer, bonding these two layers together. A fluorosilicone coating layer is laminated additionally on the second rubber layer. The rubber laminate for molding artificial marble with this structure is highly durable enough to be able to be used hundreds of times, has high resistibility and releasing property for compressive strength and load, completely solve the problem of wrinkles on surfaces of a product occurring while manufacturing artificial marble, and eliminates the need of joint connection even when manufacturing artificial marble with a large width to facilitate manufacturing a rubber mold for manufacturing artificial marble. |
