The present invention relates to a method for preparing an electrode-separator complex, which comprises the steps of: (S1) coating an electrode active material slurry on at least one surface of an electrode current collector; (S2) radiating a radiation solution containing high insulation engineering resin on the coated electrode active material slurry, and forming a non-woven fabric web including nanofiber; and (S3) pressing the product of the step (S2), to an electrode-separator complex prepared by the preparing method, and to a lithium secondary battery including the same. According to the present invention, the manufacturing process become simple and the raw material costs reduction effect is obtained by increase in efficiency of the manufacturing process by integrating a pressing process required in manufacturing of the electrode, and a pressing process needed in manufacturing of a separator using a non-woven fabric web formed by radiation by performing all at once. Additionally, a high insulation engineering resin is used as a separator to improve physical properties such as tensile strength or the like compared with the existing polyethylene separator, and have excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance. |
