Disclosed are a distribution type scheduling method considering fairness and a channel status according to a data transfer rate between terminals of D2D, and a technique for a terminal for performing scheduling. The discloses scheduling method comprises the steps of: generating information on a data transfer rate of predetermined link; generating a fairness parameter which is updated according to a reference transfer rate and the date transfer rate of the link; generating a scheduling prior parameter for the link by using channel status information for the fairness parameter and the link; and performing the scheduling according to the scheduling prior parameter.
