The present invention relates to an electronic device and a method for controlling a screen. A method for controlling a screen of an electronic device of the present invention comprises the steps of: transmitting an inputted keyword to a server; forming each of thumbnails of a plurality of contents received from the server corresponding to the transmitted keyword into one picture; and displaying the formed picture on a screen.
