PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage an electricity bill for standby electricity proportionally divided to each indoor unit and to reduce an unpaid amount of the standby electricity bill, in a prepaid type air conditioning system in which the electricity bill is paid in advance.SOLUTION: A centralized management device 2 stores the time of operation start and operation stop of each indoor unit in a storage unit as an operation history, and also stores a power consumption amount measured in a watthour meter 7 as a history for each predetermined period corresponding to the time. Then, the centralized management device 2 calculates a prediction stop electricity bill which is consumed by each indoor unit until predetermined operation finish time of the air conditioning system from the current time, and when an advance payment balance amount becomes equal to or less than the prediction stop electricity bill, it forcibly prohibits the corresponding indoor unit from operating. Thus, by leaving the electricity bill which is predicted to occur after the current time in the advance payment balance amount, the unpaid amount of standby electricity bill can be reduced. |
