PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emission device capable of adjusting the emission direction of light and an image display system.SOLUTION: The light emission device includes a light source part 6 (6R) emitting light into an area along a predetermined plane, a frame 5 in which the light source part 6 (6R) is provided, and an adjustment mechanism 7 adjusting the emission direction of the light from the light source part 6 (6R) with respect to the predetermined plane. Since the adjustment mechanism 7 adjusting the emission direction of the light from the light source part 6 (6R) with respect to the predetermined plane is provided in the frame 5, the inclination of the frame 5 with respect to the predetermined plane can be adjusted. Thus, the emission direction of the light from the light source part 6 (6R) can be adjusted. |
