PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that oxidation-reduction reaction of a small amount of sample cannot be accurately measured in a conventional measuring device.
SOLUTION: The electrochemical measuring device includes: a reaction region 100 which is formed on an insulating layer formed on a semiconductor substrate and holds an electrolyte 1 to be measured; a counter electrode 2 for applying a counter voltage to the electrolyte 1; a reference electrode 3 for monitoring a voltage of the electrolyte 1; a working electrode 4 formed in contact with the electrolyte 1; a control circuit 101 for controlling a voltage value of the counter voltage so that a voltage of the reference electrode 3 coincides with a driving voltage applied from the outside; a capacitor 8 connected between the working electrode 4 and low-potential side power source wiring; an amplifying section 110 for amplifying a working voltage generated in the capacitor 8 and outputting a measurement voltage; and feedback means 103 for feeding variation in the working voltage back to the control circuit 101. The control circuit 101 keeps a voltage difference between the reference voltage and the working voltage constant on the basis of the fed back working voltage.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
