<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fast reboot even when a hardware failure has occurred. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of information management tables corresponding to each of a plurality of hardware components stores; initialization information at boot of a corresponding device of a hardware component; dependency showing a hardware component required for reinitialization when separating the hardware component; and initialization information at boot completion by BIOS. In reboot processing, reinitialization for separating the hardware component in which a failure has occurred among the hardware components is performed, and the initialization information at startup of the device of the hardware component is rewritten.
