<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide self-cleaning road incidental equipment which can simplify a step associated with the formation of a covering layer, while developing self-cleanability over a long period of time, and which has the covering layer formed without a hindrance, even if a surface of the self-cleaning road incidental equipment has low solvent resistance. <P>SOLUTION: Since the covering layer 2 is formed of a coating composition which contains a hydroxyl group-containing fluororesin composition, an isocyanate-based curing agent, a fluorochemical surfactant, an ultraviolet absorber and an organosilicate compound, it can maintain adhesion and high transparency even if it is exposed outdoors for a long period of time. Since the covering layer can be formed on the outer surface of the road equipment by employing a one-coat one-bake method, the step associated with the formation of the covering layer can be simplified. Additionally, since the surface of the road incidental equipment is hardly affected by a solvent even if the covering layer is formed on the outer surface of the road incidental equipment 1 with low solvent resistance, the covering layer can be formed on the outer surface without any hindrance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
