摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide in which interference between core parts is small, and to provide an opto-electric hybrid substrate and an electronic apparatus which include such the optical waveguide.SOLUTION: An optical waveguide 1 comprises: a core layer 13 in which a plurality of core parts 14 are formed; a first clad layer 11 laminated on an upper surface of the core layer 13; a second clad layer 12 laminated on a lower surface of the core layer 13; a first cover film (first protective layer) 2 provided above the first clad layer 11; and a second cover film (second protective film) 3 provided below the second clad layer 12. The portion between the first cover film 2 and the first clad layer 11 is bonded via a first adhesion layer 4. The second cover film 3 and the second clad layer 12 are bonded at their boundary via a second adhesion layer 5. The first adhesion layer 4 has a higher light absorption rate than the first clad layer 11. The second adhesion layer 5 has a higher light absorption rate than the second clad layer 12.</p>
