<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve with a fine adjustment mechanism enabling high-speed high-frequency changeover.SOLUTION: Poppet lifting control for check opening is performed by a rod 3 subjected to holding guide, and a mini-cylinder unit 20 to which a piston 6 is directly connected to a lower intermediate of the rod is included. To the lower part of the mini-cylinder unit, a replacement selection type adjustment weight 8 is attached. By a synergic effect between the weight and a flow rate adjustment valve provided in an intermediate circuit, check opening timing fine adjustment control according to piston rise due to in-cylinder pressure rise is performed surely, accurately and easily.</p> |
