<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening/loosening device capable of speeding up loosening work and to provide a method for controlling the same.SOLUTION: A fastening/loosening device includes a fastening/loosening determination part 39 which determines whether a drive shaft 21 rotates relative to a fastening member in a fastening direction or in a loosening direction. When the fastening/loosening determination part determines that the drive shaft rotates in the fastening direction, a motor drive circuit 36 is controlled by feedback control based on the measurement torque measured by a torque detector, and when the fastening/loosening determination part determines that the drive shaft rotates in the loosening direction, a control part controls the motor drive circuit without being based on the measurement torque by the torque detector.</p> |
