<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for insolubilizing heavy metal contained in alkali fly ash to make the heavy metal harmless simply at a low cost and, moreover, in a short time.SOLUTION: In an insolubilization method of heavy metal in alkali fly ash, a chemical and water are added to alkali fly ash containing a calcium component and the heavy metal in the fly ash is insolubilized. Therein, the chemical contains powder which contains silicon dioxide and has a specific surface area of 150 m/g or less, and the chemical and water are added to the alkali fly ash and, thereafter, are conditioned at a temperature of 50°C or more.</p> |
