<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for winding a coil of a DC motor capable of reducing a total time taken for winding a coil on armature and connecting a connection line to lower a manufacturing cost, and a DC motor. <P>SOLUTION: U-phase coils 71U and 72U are formed after shorting segments 14 corresponding to the U-phase coils 71U and 72U, V-phase coils 71V and 72V are formed after shorting segments 14 corresponding to the V-phase coils 71V and 72V, W-phase coils 71W and 72W are formed after shorting segments 14 corresponding to the W-phase coils 71W and 72W, X-phase coils 71X and 72X are formed after shorting segments 14 corresponding to the X-phase coils 71X and 72X, and Y-phase coils 71Y and 72Y are formed after shorting segments 14 corresponding to the Y-phase coils 71Y and 72Y, and a predetermined segment 14 and a predetermined teeth 9 around both of which a coil 12 is wound are opposite to each other with respect to a rotational axis as a center in terms of a positional relationship thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
