<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an awning and opening/closing device capable of exhibiting performance of an awning device. <P>SOLUTION: An awning and opening/closing device 1 comprises an opening/closing body 4, a sunshade body 6 and storage means 8 which can store both the opening/closing body 4 and the sunshade body 6. A pair of right and left support means 20 is located in the storage means 8. An opening/closing body take-up body 13 which takes up the opening/closing body 4 to be rewound is installed in a rotatable manner between rear sides of both support means 20.
