摘要 The present invention relates to a solar cell electrode patterning method and a solar cell manufactured thereby, wherein the same is formed on both surfaces or one surface of a silicone substrate of a solar cell. Multiple high concentration doped carrier paths are formed to be connected at particular intervals between finger electrodes formed on at least one surface of the solar cell through the irradiation of a laser. Therefore, a high concentration doped area is decreased by 40-50% compared to an existing solar cell, thereby reducing recombination loss of a carrier. Thus, an open voltage (Voc) can be expected to be improved.
