PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens unit without need for elongating a length in an optical axis direction of a lens group holding frame holding the lens group or light shield member even when a thickness of a lens group is thick.SOLUTION: Provided are: a second lens group 32; a second lens group holding frame 73 that holds the second lens group 32; and a cylindrical light shield member 9 for shielding unnecessary light. The second lens group 32 includes a lens protrusion part 33 that protrudes from a second lens holding frame 73 in an optical axis direction. The light shield member 9 includes a lens fitting insertion part 91. Then, the lens fitting insertion part 91 is fittingly inserted into the lens protrusion part 33, thereby the light shield member 9 is configured to be attached to the second lens group 32. |
