PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operator seat structure of a construction machine, in which width-direction stiffness of a control box can be efficiently enhanced without requiring significant change in a thickness of a conventional plate to which a work machine console (control box) is attached and a conventional structure around the control box.SOLUTION: A seat structure 100 (an operator seat structure of a construction machine) includes a plate 3 on which a control box 2 is mounted in a width-direction end, and second slide rails 5 attached to a lower surface side of the plate 3 through blocks 7 and 8 so as to be extended along a front-rear direction of the plate 3. The block 7 (reinforcement block) of the blocks 7 and 8 is attached to the lower surface of the plate 3 so as to be extended from the second slide rail 5 toward the width-direction end in which the control box 2 of the plate 3 is mounted.
