PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a sheet fused body having seal edges which are fused in a state where edges of a plurality of sheets are overlapped and having practically sufficient fusion strength.SOLUTION: One surface of a belt-like sheet laminate 10 (diaper continuum), in which a plurality of sheets are laminated, is brought into contact with a support member 21 having a through-hole 21H so as to overlap with the through-hole 21H and a fusion tool 27 inserted from the through-hole 21H is pressed against the belt-like sheet laminate 10 in a pressurized state, thereby dividing the belt-like sheet laminate 10 and simultaneously forming seal edges 4 (side seal parts) fused in a state where edges of the plurality of sheets are overlapped by fusing cut edges of the plurality of sheets in a pressurized state generated by dividing the belt-like sheet laminate 10. |
