PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an internal combustion engine, capable of suppressing the corrosion of a nozzle hole when the operation of the internal combustion engine is stopped right after introducing EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) gas.SOLUTION: A control device (100) for an internal combustion engine is applied to an internal combustion engine (5) which includes an injector (120) for injecting fuel toward a cylinder (11), the injector having a nozzle hole (122) at the front end, and an EGR device (45) for recirculating exhaust gas exhausted from the cylinder. The control device (100) includes a first temperature acquisition part (101) for acquiring the temperature of the front end of the injector, a second temperature acquisition part (101) for acquiring the temperature of a cylinder head (12) of the internal combustion engine, and a control part (101) for controlling the EGR device so that, when the operating condition of the internal combustion engine is predetermined one, a difference between the temperature of the front end of the injector acquired by the first acquisition part, and the temperature of the cylinder head acquired by the second temperature acquisition part, is a predetermined value or greater. |
