<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air or nitrogen supply apparatus capable of remotely controlling an operated valve of an air-operated valve or the like even at a time of power loss, and preventing malfunction at an ordinary time.SOLUTION: A gas supply apparatus includes: an operated valve using gas flowing in a pipe to actuate a valve main body thereof; a first solenoid valve 2A installed halfway along the pipe and opening/closing a flow of the gas to the operated valve; and a gas supply source supplying the gas to the first solenoid valve 2A. A selector valve 3 is installed in an exhaust line of the first solenoid valve 2A, for switching over between exhaust of the gas from the first solenoid valve 2A and supply of the gas to the first solenoid valve 2A. The selector valve 3 is switched to be connected to the gas supply source so as to supply the gas to the first solenoid valve 2A at a time of power loss. The gas supply apparatus further includes a second solenoid valve 2C installed between the selector valve 3 and the gas supply source, for opening an exhaust line 16 and closing the selector valve 3 at a normal time and for opening the selector valve 3 and closing the exhaust line 16 at the time of power loss.</p> |
