摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the direction or amount of deviation of an optical axis while an optical component is mounted in an object and adjust the optical axis.SOLUTION: A slit member having a slit for allowing light to pass through is inserted in an optical axis between an object in which an optical component is mounted and the optical component (step S1). While the slit member moves so that a slit crosses the optical axis, the amount of light passing through the slit and joining between the optical component and the object is detected (step S2). The direction of deviation of the optical axis and the amount of deviation of the optical axis are grasped from the relationship between the position of the slit and a change in the amount of light along with the movement of the slit member (step S3). The optical axis is adjusted on the basis of the direction of deviation of the optical axis and the amount of deviation of the optical axis (step S4).</p>
