PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device that can be implemented at low costs and achieve precise synchronous control without requiring a projection area for synchronization.SOLUTION: A control device comprises: a control unit for controlling an imaging unit to image a projection image projected from a projection unit as a processing object image for utilizing in a predetermined image processing; and a time determination unit for determining a timing when the control unit allows the imaging unit to image the processing object image on the basis of a comparison between a plurality of time series images that are the projection images imaged in time series before the processing object image is imaged.
