PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass compound for forming a partition wall capable of forming a partition wall having high height and narrow line width on a low thermal expandable substrate.SOLUTION: There is provided a glass composition for forming a partition wall containing SiO:34 to 52 mol%, BO:6 to 22 mol%, AlO:10 to 26 mol%, LiO:10 to 31 mol% and MgO:0 to 9 mol% as a constitutional component and AlF:0 to 15 mol% when a fluorine component is converted to AlF.
