<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor mat and a manufacturing method for the same, which can cut and stop loosening of an original fabric for the floor mat, form appearance rich in design characteristics, greatly change cutting of the floor mat and terminal processing after the cutting which are performed in a conventional manufacturing method, are extremely simple and high efficient, do not require a high level of skill and can greatly reduce a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: An original fabric 11 for a floor mat is melt-cut in a predetermined shape and at the same time an upper surface of a melt-cut part 12 is subjected to embossing 13 using a blade body in which a melt-cutting blade and an embossing part continuing to the blade are provided.</p> |
