<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing technology of a three-dimensional punching die which molds an intermediate product of a block blade without completing blade edging by use of a three-dimensional molding machine (3D printer) so as to be easily manufactured more than the cutting work.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a three-dimensional punching die comprises the steps of: molding a base 11 by use of a three-dimensional metal molding machine; molding an intermediate product of a block blade without completing blade edging by use of the three-dimensional metal molding machine; completing blade edging on the intermediate product by use of a three-dimensional metal working machine; and mounting the block blade completing blade edging on the base. A step of hardening at least a portion corresponding to the blade of the intermediate product is provided between a step of molding the intermediate product of the block blade and a step of completing blade edging on the intermediate product of the block blade.</p> |
