<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an antiseptic/antifouling composition for industrial use utilizable for wide industrial application, with excellent antimicrobial activity in each application. <P>SOLUTION: The antiseptic/antifouling composition for industrial use contains a quinolone-based compound excluding oxolinic acid or its salt. Further, by using jointly one or two or more kinds of antibacterial compounds selected from the group consisting of an isothiazoline-based compound, a benzisothiazoline-based compound, a benzimidazole-based compound, a haloacetylene-based compound, a tetrahydrothiophene dioxide-based compound and each salt thereof, the antiseptic/antifouling composition for industrial use having a widened antimicrobial spectrum and synergistically-enhanced antimicrobial activity, and utilizable for wide industrial application can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
