<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus unit case which is made of plastic and improved so as to correct inward warping deformation generated by molding of a box-shaped case in an assembling stage of a unit case. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus unit case is composed of an assembly of a plastic intermediate case (a box-shaped case) 3, an intermediate cover (an inside partitioning cover) 4 internally fitted with the intermediate case 3, and a surface cover (a top cover) 5 externally fitted with an opening end surface of the intermediate case, and mounted with a circuit component therein. Correction collar portions 4a having a V-shaped cross-section, which add spring elasticity so as to press and energize a side wall 3a of the case from the inside toward the outside at internally fitting positions to the intermediate case 3, are formed at right and left side edges of the intermediate cover 4, while opposing to the right and left side walls 3a of the intermediate case 3. When assembling the unit case, the intermediate cover 4 is pushed in and internally fitted in the intermediate case 3. Therefore, inward warpage generated in the intermediate case 3 is pushed and corrected by the correction collar portions 4a of the intermediate cover 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
