A winding apparatus for a rolled coil is disclosed. The winding apparatus for a rolled coil according to the present invention comprises: a mandrel rotatably installed to wind a rolled coil therearound; a pressing part disposed around the mandrel to press the rolled coil wound around the mandrel; a distance measurement device that is disposed in the pressing part and cooled by a cooling medium and measures a distance from the mandrel thereto; and a controller for adjusting the gap between the pressing part and the mandrel based on the distance measured by the distance measurement device.
