In order to improve the yield of the production process of a solar cell module, a solar cell (1) is provided with: a semiconductor substrate (2) having a first main surface (2a) and a second main surface (2b) that is on the reverse side of the first main surface (2a); a bus bar electrode (7) that is arranged on a line extending in a first direction on the second main surface (2b); and an end electrode (11) that is provided apart from the bus bar electrode (7) on an extension of the bus bar electrode (7) on the second main surface (2b), and that is thicker than the bus bar electrode (7).
