This semiconductor device is provided with: a transistor; a diode connected in inverse-parallel to the transistor; a sense transistor having flowing therein a current corresponding to a current flowing in the transistor; a sense diode having flowing therein a current corresponding to a current flowing in the diode; a resistor having one end connected to an emitter of the sense transistor and to an anode of the sense diode, and the other end connected to an emitter of the transistor and to an anode of the diode; and a current mirror, which is connected in parallel to the resistor, and which outputs a current corresponding to a current flowing in the direction equal to the forward direction of the sense diode. |
