The axis of rotation (B) of the roller (5) extends in a substantially tangential direction of a circle having as the center thereof a central axis (A) of the housing hole (2) and the roller (5) is supported by the base body (3) so as to be slidable in the radial direction of the housing hole (2) and tiltable within a prescribed range having an axis parallel to the central axis (A) as the center thereof.
