The present specification relates to a method for performing a discovery process in a wireless communication system supporting device-to-device communication, comprising the steps of: monitoring discovery resource blocks; selecting a discovery resource for transmitting a discovery message from the discovery resource blocks; and transmitting the discovery message to a second terminal using the selected discovery resource, wherein the discovery resource blocks include a first discovery resource block and a second discovery resource block.
