Also provided in the embodiment of the present invention are a resource scheduling apparatus and system. The adoption of the embodiment of the present invention brings such advantages that the technical complexity of resource scheduling can be reduced, the cost and power consumption of Internet of Things terminals are lowered, the applicability of resource scheduling is increased and the users stickiness of Internet of Things terminals is improved.
