The present invention relates to a small hydroelectric power generator for a submerged structure. The present invention comprises: a rotary body (100) with a plurality of wings fixated on a rotary axis (100) to rotate the rotary axis (100); a power generator (120) which rotates along with the rotary axis (100) to generate an electromotive force; a housing (123) wherein the power generator (120) is stored air-tightly; a buoyancy part installed in both ends of the rotary axis (100); a connection material having one end fixated to a shaft (200) in a rotatable position, which is fixated on the submerged structure (200) having the other end fixated on both ends of the external surface of the housing (123); and a lighting fixture (300) installed in the submerged structure lit up the power supply by the power generator (120).
