The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition, a food composition and a cosmetic composition for preventing or treating cancer, which include an extract of vegetable worms containing germanium and selectively removes cancer cells while making mesenchymal stem cell survive, and a manufacturing method thereof. In addition, the present invention relates to a medium composition for facilitating proliferation of mesenchymal stem cell including an extract of vegetable worms containing germanium.
