The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating hepatotoxicity disease comprising an extract from Brassica juncea Coss. as an active component, comprising an extracted powder from Brassica juncea Coss. which has an excellent protective effect on hepatic cells against toxic materials. In addition, the composition without toxicity can be ingested as a food, and thus hepatotoxicity disease can be prevented through daily eating and life habits, and useful as a medicine for hepatotoxicity.
