The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a ventilation plate for a large motor stator capable of radiating heat generated in a motor by installing ventilation plates at constant intervals when a circular arc-shaped stator is piled up on a rotator of a large motor. The manufacturing method of a ventilation plate for a large motor stator comprises: (S1) a plate blanking process for blanking a plate (10) with the same shape as the stator; (S2) a ventilation bar processing process for processing ventilation bars (20, 20′); (S3) a ventilation bar embossing process for forming protrusion parts (21, 21′) by embossing the bottom of the processed ventilation bars (20, 20′) at constant intervals; (S4) a spot welding process for welding the plate and the ventilation bars with a spot welding device (30) having a bar-shaped fixed electrode (31) and movable electrode (32) installed in the upper and lower parts to weld two basic materials, the plate (10) and the ventilation bars (20, 20′), a ventilation bar stopper (34) installed in the front end of the welding part, and a ventilation bar fixing supporter (34) installed in the rear end; and (S5) a product finishing process for discharging the ventilation plate (C) formed by spot welding the plurality of ventilation bars (20, 20′) on the plate (10) in the spot welding process (S4). |
