PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gastric wall fixation kit for temporarily suturing a gastric wall and abdominal wall prior to gastrostomy, which ensures safety and stable needling and is superior in needling performance and convenience when simultaneously puncturing two puncture needles in parallel.SOLUTION: A gastric wall fixation kit includes: a wire puncture needle 2 for interpolating a wire 1 with the tip formed annularly; a suture puncture needle 4 disposed in parallel at a predetermined interval with the wire puncture needle 2, and serving as a passage of a suture 3; a holder 5 serving as a gripper in the base part of the two puncture needles; a body surface abutment plate 8 positioned at the hook tip side from the holder, and provided with a sliding hole penetrating through the two puncture needles; and a slider 7 provided to penetrate through the holder using the body surface abutment plate as the tip part, and movably provided facing the holder. The slider 7 is formed as a flat plate provided in an intermediate position for separating between the wire puncture needle 2 and the suture puncture needle 4 and in parallel to the puncture needles. |
