Incineration plant comprises a heat treatment chamber (1) with a fireproof insulating lining in the interior of the heat treatment chamber and an exhaust gas purification system. The insulating lining is resistant against hydrofluoric acid. The emission control system comprises at least one acidic scrubber (3, 4) and at least one basic scrubber (5). An independent claim is also included for enriching precious metals of fluorine-containing materials, comprising heat treating the materials in the heat-treatment chamber with the fireproof insulating lining, which is resistant against hydrofluoric acid, and cleaning the exhaust gases generated during the heat treatment, where the cleaning comprises (a) optionally thermal post-combustion in a post-combustion chamber (2), (b) washing the exhaust gases with water and/or acid, and (c) washing the exhaust gases with an alkaline solution. |
