PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reduction in an output voltage of a switching power-supply device when a motor starts up from a light load state.SOLUTION: A slow-start circuit 70 slow-starts a motor 90 driven by a current supplied from a switching power-supply device 100 in which its current supply capability switches according to a light load or a heavy load. The slow-start circuit 70 includes an output-current detection circuit 71 detecting an output current Io of the switching power-supply device 100 and outputting a detection voltage having a magnitude according to the output current Io, and a target-voltage generation circuit 72 generating a target voltage Vref indicating a target value of a current passing to the motor 90 on the basis of the detected voltage. |
