PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to transfer smoothly liquid in a gas liquid separation tank from the gas liquid separation tank to a liquid storing tank while achieving downsizing.SOLUTION: A control part 13, under a condition that each opening/closing valve SV1 to SV5 is blocked, implements repeatedly "first processing" in which, when a "first condition" is satisfied, the air in a liquid storing tank 12 is sucked to a vacuum pump 2 by opening-controlling an electromagnetic valve SV5 over a "first time", to make the inside of the liquid storing tank 12 as a vacuum state, and "second processing" in which, when a "second condition" is satisfied, air is introduced in a gas liquid separation tank 11 by opening-controlling an electromagnetic valve SV3 over a "second time" that is sufficiently short, to lower the vacuum pressure in the gas liquid separation tank 11, and the liquid stored in the gas liquid separation tank 11 is poured from the gas liquid separation tank 11 to the liquid storing tank 12 by opening-controlling an electromagnetic valve SV1 over a "third time". |
