PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an artifact in image processing in which shading-off processing is performed by using photographed image data and distance information.SOLUTION: An image processing device 13 in which shading-off processing is performed for photographed image data based on distance information on a subject. The image processing device 13 comprises: a division part 134 which divides photographed image data into plural pieces od division image data corresponding to distance information each of which is different from each other; a generation part 135 which performs a shading-off processing to each of plural pieces of division image data by including an occlusion region for generating plural pieces of blurred image data; and a combination part 136 which combines the plural pieces of blurred image data.
