<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit the use of an image forming device according to authentication with high security by setting a group of image forming devices available to a user, in user information. <P>SOLUTION: A multifunction machine obtains second identification information for user authentication, transmits an authentication request including the obtained second identification information and a second address of the multifunction machine, receives an authentication result according to the authentication request, and performs log-in on the basis of the result of authentication.
