<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device that enables improvement in image quality of an image acquired by photograph.SOLUTION: A shutter device according to the present invention comprises: a front curtain drive device that performs an electronic front curtain scanning serving as a reset scanning of horizontal pixel lines of image pickup elements; a rear curtain that is a mechanical shutter; a rear curtain drive device that drives the rear curtain; a shutter drive control device that controls the front curtain drive device and the rear curtain drive device; and a rear curtain drive characteristic acquisition device that acquires a drive characteristic of the rear curtain until the rear curtain is returned to a standby position again since travelling of the rear curtain is started from the standby position. The shutter drive control device changes at least one of control contents of the front curtain drive device and the rear curtain drive device so as to suppress exposure unevenness in the image pickup element on the basis of the drive characteristic of the rear curtain acquired by the rear curtain drive characteristic acquisition device.</p> |
