PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct monitoring system etc. which preferably monitors an exhaust duct and thereby enables proper handling according to the monitoring result.SOLUTION: A duct monitoring system 1 includes: a filter 10 provided at an exhaust duct 20; an anemometer 11 which uses a sensor 111 to measure wind speed data in the duct; a grain size distribution meter 12 which suctions foreign objects 22 on the filter with a suction part 121 to measure foreign object data; and an information processing device 13 which outputs maintenance information regarding maintenance selected according to the foreign object data and determines whether or not the maintenance is needed on the basis of the wind speed data measured by the anemometer 11.
