PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a film laminate and the film laminate, capable of suppressing inferior quality such as blocking, wrinkle or winding deviation even if a functional membrane is processed to a long substrate film by roll-to-roll.SOLUTION: In a film laminate, a functional membrane 3 is laminated on a long substrate film 1 having a knurl 2 formed on each of two sides in a longer direction. The functional membrane 3 is laminated overlapping only a knurl 2 on one side of the substrate film 1.
