<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure insulation resistance of a field circuit, and recover the insulation resistance in the case where the insulation resistance is less than a determined value. <P>SOLUTION: An insulation reduction monitoring apparatus 1 for field circuit comprises: operating state detecting means 6 which detects whether or not a power generator is being stopped; measuring interval setting means 8 which sets the timing to measure insulation resistance of a field circuit; ground line disconnecting means 10 which opens a ground terminal of the field circuit during a predetermined time in the case where the operating state detecting means detects that the power generator is being stopped and the measuring interval setting means determines that the timing to measure the insulation resistance has come; insulation resistance measuring means 2 which measures the insulation resistance of the field circuit while the ground terminal is opened by the ground line disconnecting means; insulation resistance determining means 14 which determines whether or not a resistance value measured by the insulation resistance measuring means is equal to or more than a specific value; and operation control means 16 which dries the field circuit by starting the power generator in the case where the insulation resistance determining means determines that the insulation resistance is less than the specific value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
