<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable resin composition that is excellent in stability while left as it is before curing as a self-adhesive material, moldability, for example, into a sheet form, and adhesion after curing while having moderate curability, and that improves moisture permeability resistance and vibration damping characteristics (hysteresis loss) after curing, and a self-adhesive sheet obtained from the same. <P>SOLUTION: The photocurable resin composition contains a hydrogenated butadiene-based polymer having a plurality of photocurable functional groups, a polythiol compound, and a photopolymerization initiator.
